Bound the image cache retained by one RenderHTML5 call, using a four-byte-per-pixel estimate; the default is 134,217,728 bytes (128 MiB), and a nonpositive value disables this cache limit

BMP and PNG dimensions are checked before decoding; all accepted pictures are checked before retention, and exceeding the limit raises EHPDFHTMLImportBudget

The limit is separate from compressed resource bytes and layout-operation limits; other decoders may allocate their image before the retention check, so callers should supply bounded approved resources

Preflight, layout and fallback reuse an image once per DOM node, preserving the existing resource-request budgets
