Returns the decoded bytes of the Differences stream of a selected FDF package

function DecodeDifferences: SysUtils.TBytes;

The selected package must actually contain a Differences stream value; a package without one raises EHPDFFDFPackageError

The returned bytes are the exact decoded Differences payload for THPDFHeadlessDocument.SaveFDFDifferencesToFile and THPDFWindowsFormDataTransaction.ApplyFDFDifferences

Decoding respects the package filters already admitted for the selected child; no file specification is fetched and no action is executed
