Determines the outline item title

Delphi syntax:

property Title: AnsiString

C++ syntax:

__property AnsiString Title;

Description

Use the Title property to get or set the title of the current outline item. A new value replaces the title written to the document

A title made only of ASCII characters is written as it is. A title containing bytes above 127 is read as UTF-8 and written as a Unicode (UTF-16BE) text string, as annotation text is; bytes that do not form valid UTF-8 are read in the system code page
