Classifies the strings a content stream parser offers to the string interning hook

Value	Meaning
`cskName`	A name operand or dictionary key, including inline image keys
`cskOperator`	An operator name token
`cskShortString`	A short literal or hexadecimal string operand

Delivered to the THPDFContentStringInternProc hook so hosts can pool repeated strings while a content stream is parsed
The parser routes operators, names and short strings through the same interning helper when a hook is assigned
