Requests one RFC 3161 timestamp token for a digest through the CSC signatures/timestamp endpoint

Digest must hold 1 to 1024 bytes and DigestAlgorithmOID must be a non-empty dotted OID, otherwise the call returns spsMalformed without a transport round trip

The optional Nonce is echoed into the request body, and the configured THPDFCSCOptions.ClientData is attached when present; the response token is base64-decoded and bounded by MaxTimestampBytes

When OperationIdentifier is empty, a fresh GUID is generated for the call so idempotency and cancellation still apply per attempt
