Defaults are 256 candidate decodes, 67,108,864 candidate pixels, 268,435,456 estimated working bytes and 2,000 milliseconds

All limits must be positive; MaxCandidates is at most 65,536 and TimeoutMilliseconds is at most 2,000; request-level text, raw-byte and result limits also apply
