A bounded ordered array of THPDFArchivalLoss entries describing deliberate changes made during preservation conversion

THPDFArchivalLosses = array of THPDFArchivalLoss;

The array is returned in THPDFArchivalPreservationReport.Losses; its size is limited by THPDFArchivalPreservationOptions.MaxLossEntries

Exceeding the limit rejects publication with a budget failure instead of silently dropping loss entries

On failure, the array can contain decisions made in the disposable working clone before the failure; the source document and an existing output file retain their original content
