Native rendering intents

The native Cairo renderer honors the PDF ri operator, ExtGState RI, and an image XObject's Intent entry

The four standard names select perceptual, relative colorimetric, saturation, and absolute colorimetric conversion through the embedded ICC profile

The initial intent is relative colorimetric, and an unknown name falls back to relative colorimetric as specified by ISO 32000-1, 8.6.5.8

Selected colors retain their native components until painting, so a later intent change affects vector fills, strokes, text, Indexed and special-color alternates, shadings, and mesh colors

Graphics-state saves, child Forms, and pattern content retain the applicable state and restore it when returning to the caller

An image intent applies only to that image, and stencil images ignore the Intent entry

Transparency group conversion uses the intent active at the caller's Do, while final conversion from a CIE-based page group uses the default page intent

Native ICC conversion caches include the effective intent, replace old transforms before allocating new ones, and preserve the renderer's working-memory, operation and cancellation limits
