IHPDFContentOperatorDevice Interface

Optional extension for production consumers that already own a complete PDF graphics and resource state machine

The shared interpreter validates operator indexes, calls CheckContentCancellation once per dispatched operator, and honors a positive ConsumedTokenCount when an operator consumes following tokens

Implement IHPDFContentDevice as the base interface and add this extension only when semantic callbacks cannot represent the consumer's complete state machine
