HPDFXFAWallClock

Unit: HPDFXFAPlatform

function HPDFXFAWallClock: TXFAPlatformTime;

Captures current UTC Unix milliseconds and a clock-derived RandomSeed in TXFAPlatformTime; Windows reads FILETIME and Linux reads CLOCK_REALTIME

The XFA journal records these values before native script evaluation and reuses the committed values during rollback replay

Linux clock failure or a native timestamp preceding the Unix epoch raises EOSError; elapsed-time budgets use the separate monotonic clock
