function HPDFXFAHighResolutionFrequency: Int64;
function HPDFXFAHighResolutionTicks: Int64;
function HPDFXFAWallClock: TXFAPlatformTime;
HPDFXFAMonotonicMilliseconds returns increasing native milliseconds for elapsed-time budgets; its value is not a calendar timestamp
HPDFXFAHighResolutionTicks and HPDFXFAHighResolutionFrequency provide a native interval clock and its ticks-per-second frequency; divide tick differences by the frequency to obtain elapsed seconds
Windows uses GetTickCount64 and QueryPerformanceCounter; Linux uses its native monotonic clock with a nanosecond high-resolution frequency
HPDFXFAWallClock records the current UTC Unix epoch in milliseconds and a clock-derived RandomSeed used by the deterministic event journal; the seed is not a cryptographic random source
Windows wall-clock values come from FILETIME and Linux values from CLOCK_REALTIME; native clock failures raise EOSError
Script replay consumes recorded epoch and seed values rather than reading new wall-clock values for previously recorded evaluations
