HPDFXFAHighResolutionTicks

Unit: HPDFXFAPlatform

function HPDFXFAHighResolutionTicks: Int64;

Reads QueryPerformanceCounter on Windows or CLOCK_MONOTONIC on Linux; it does not read or convert a calendar timestamp

Use HPDFXFAHighResolutionFrequency to convert tick differences to elapsed seconds; Linux syscall failure raises EOSError
