fisFacturX supports BASIC WL, EN 16931, EXTENDED, and the EXTENDED-CTC-FR hybrid container designation using official Factur-X 1.09.2 resources from the French 1.4.0.04 package
fisCII supports EN 16931 and the dedicated EXTENDED-CTC-FR standalone CII profile
The helper replaces the selected profile's business-rule layer and registers its required strict BR-FR-Flux2 country layer, preserving separate versions in the validation report
Unsupported syntax/profile combinations, including the unpublished legacy EXTENDED-B2B-FR name, raise an exception before registration changes are made
