Usage notes

Use this function after resolving a stream dictionary UseCMap entry; that dictionary entry takes precedence over a body usecmap operator

The body supplies local mapping differences and its own optional WMode, whose default is zero

The caller retains ownership of Parent and Text; parsing admits entries and polls work using the active thread-local CMap bounds
