The inventory covers Identity-H, Identity-V, the sixteen existing UCS2 and UTF16 maps and 182 additional bundled legacy and Unicode encoding maps

Names are case-sensitive, already decoded once by the PDF name reader, and never interpreted as filesystem paths

A successful check does not allocate mapping arrays; HPDFTryBuildBuiltinCMap performs bounded decoding when the map is needed
