Creates a bounded snapshot of the loaded document's mapped annotations and returns canonical UTF-8 XFDF bytes with export statistics

The document remains unchanged, and Bytes is empty if the call fails or is cancelled

A document without annotations returns valid XFDF with an empty annots container

Extraction permission is required; invalid mapped geometry and malformed rich XML fail before returned XML is published
