Admits a complete bounded XFDF document and validates mapped annotation types, page indices, coordinate shapes, numeric ranges, colors, flags, canonical base64 and the supported rich-text container

PageCount bounds zero-based annotation page indices; the caller owns the returned tree and must free it

The function prepares an XML node model and does not modify a PDF; SaveAnnotationsXFDFToFile additionally validates actual existing names and reply targets against the loaded PDF graph

Resource admission can raise EHPDFXFDFLimitError or the shared form-data XML error, while invalid mapped values raise EArgumentException
