Returns a record copy containing the current runtime host state, including application metadata, the actual page count, zero-based current page, title, calculation/validation flags and logical focus identity

Changing the returned copy does not change the runtime; configure initial application metadata through TXFAWidgetRuntimeOptions.HostModel and apply script changes through xfa.host

Focus identity is empty when no widget is focused and remains stable across document snapshot restoration and repeated occurrence reordering

Host state mutations publish only when their runtime transaction commits, and failed events restore the previous record together with the document values and interaction state
