Behaviour

All four limits must be positive; Default selects 64 requests, 16 arguments per request, 1 MiB encoded requests and 8 MiB of response bytes

Request bytes count the UTF-8 envelope containing UTF-16 hexadecimal arguments; response bytes count UTF-8 Text plus 64 bytes per response

The request limit applies across every event executed within one InitializeForm, DispatchEvent, CommitEdit or UpdateDocument transaction
