TXFAFormScriptOptions configures the scripting overload of HPDFXFAFlatten

• EnableJavaScript is False in Default
• QuickJSDLLPath picks an explicit ABI-neutral bridge DLL, with normal runtime discovery used when empty
• JavaScriptEvaluator optionally supplies an application-owned evaluator, covering an adapter around HPDFQuickJSStatic
• Limits carries all finite parser, evaluator, memory, stack, time, output, array and instance-operation budgets
