Behaviour

Stores the current or default property attributes for an xebdProperty binding; an empty array means no explicit attributes

Use one record per attribute name; native runtime bindings keep names unique and merge form overrides sharing the same case-sensitive name

The event host serialises names and values as escaped strings, keeps UTF-8 text intact and counts both arrays in its context byte budget
