TJBIG2DecodeResult Record

Carries the decoded bitmap geometry together with the per-scanline pixel rows produced by a JBIG2 region decode

HPDFTypes

Field	Purpose
`Width`	Width of the decoded region in pixels
`Height`	Height of the decoded region in pixels; `Length(Scanlines)` matches this value
`ScanlineByteWidth`	Bytes per packed 1-bit row, aligned to a byte
`Scanlines`	One packed monochrome byte row per scanline, starting with the top row; 1 bits denote black

Passed by reference through the decoder API and TJBIG2RegionDecodeCallback; custom decoders fill it in instead of the built-in one
Invoke the HPDFJBIG2 cleanup helper before reusing or discarding a record so the row buffers are released
Read the rows in conjunction with ScanlineByteWidth; the row length may run beyond Width bits once packed
