Extended verification of a loaded signatureTimestamp

Provides more detailed verification status and certificate information/ByteRange; nested signature timestamp tokens are bound to the parent CMS signature value

svInvalidByteRange distinguishes unsafe PDF signed ranges from digest or public-key signature failures

svCryptoProviderError distinguishes a native provider failure from an invalid signature or unsupported algorithm
