THotPDF.SetDocumentAttachmentMetadata Method

Updates the display name and optional description of an embedded document attachment prior to saving

function SetDocumentAttachmentMetadata(Index: Integer; const NewFileName, Description: AnsiString): boolean;

Parameters

• Index is the zero-based position in the document EmbeddedFiles name tree, which is sorted by key; following a rename the entry moves to the position of its new key
• NewFileName becomes the Filespec /F and /UF display name
• Description replaces /Desc; pass an empty value to remove it

Return value

Returns True when the attachment entry exists and is updated
