Behaviour

An empty PageIndices array selects every loaded page and duplicate indices are processed once

The vector strategy converts device-colour operators directly unless page content or resources require the complete renderer, whilst lcrsRasterizeAll explicitly flattens every selected non-preserved page

Successful spot preservation counts the untouched page as processed without adding output bytes

Raster output is an 8-bit lossless Flate image in the selected DeviceGray, DeviceRGB or DeviceCMYK space

False reports a typed status and diagnostic, rolls back every selected page and publishes no partial rewrite
