Builds the appearance stream of a loaded text or choice form field afresh, so that its widget shows the current /V value

Rebuilding covers text and choice fields only; check boxes and radio buttons look after their appearance states through SetFormFieldValue directly
Call it once you have edited a field's /V, flags or appearance-related dictionary entries outside the high-level setters, and before the document is saved
The high-level value setters invoke it for you, so an explicit call is only wanted for dictionary edits made out of band
