THotPDF.OnVariableFontInstance

Optionally supplies the static sfnt used when selected variable-font coordinates differ from defaults

CFF2 and TrueType variable fonts are instantiated internally and this event can override a non-default result when an application needs a specialised external instancer

When the provider handles a request, it must set Handled and return a valid static sfnt without an fvar table
