Controls when LoadFromFile selects bounded windowed mapping for a local PDF

Behaviour

• Files at or above the threshold use the mapped source when the operating system can create it
• Zero switches local-file mapping off
• Files below the threshold are read through a 64 KB read buffer over the file stream
• Negative values raise ERangeError
