Behaviour

Returns true when the loaded, encrypted document follows the PDF 2.0 encrypted-payload wrapper profile: crypt-filter version 4 or later, password security rather than public-key security, /StrF and /EFF resolving to StdCF and /StmF resolving to Identity. The check also verifies that the StdCF crypt-filter definition carries the wrapper semantics, so ordinary password-encrypted documents report false
