THotPDF.InterpretContentWithForms Method
Private helper of THotPDF that interprets a content stream and, at the place of each Do operator, splices in the glyphs of the Form XObject that operator paints
Declaration
function InterpretContentWithForms(const Bytes: TBytes; const Resolver: IHPDFFontResolver; Resources: THPDFDictionaryObject; const CTM: array of Double; Depth: Integer; Chain: TList; out Glyphs: THPDFGlyphArray): boolean;
Unit
HPDFDoc
Parameters
| Name | Purpose |
|---|---|
Bytes | The decoded content stream |
Resolver | Font decoders for the font resources the stream names |
Resources | The resource dictionary that names the stream's fonts and XObjects |
CTM | Transformation from the stream's space into user space |
Depth | Nesting depth of the stream; forms nested more than 12 levels deep are not entered |
Chain | Form XObject streams being interpreted around this one; a form already in the chain is skipped |
Glyphs | Receives the glyphs in painting order |
Return value
True when the stream could be interpreted
Usage notes
- A form's own /Resources supply its fonts and nested forms; a form lacking them falls back to those of the stream that paints it (ISO 32000-1 7.8.3)
- A form maps into user space through its /Matrix and then the CTM at the place it is painted, and glyphs outside its /BBox are left out
