Behaviour

Returns True when ObjNum belongs to a loaded object stream, with ContainerEncrypted reporting whether that container stream itself was encrypted

Members of encrypted containers are already plaintext after the container decrypts, whilst members of plaintext containers still need string-filter processing under their own object number and generation
