Description

Builds a char-code to Unicode decoder for a specific font on a loaded page. Returns True if successful.True when the font can be decoded and copies every variable-length mapping into caller-owned arrays

Repeated requests for the same loaded font reuse a bounded document-scoped parsed core while preserving the resource name used on the requested page
