Gets a list of subtype names for all annotations on a specified page of the loaded PDF document

Return value
Returns an array of the annotation subtype names found on the page
Usage notes
- Elements in the returned array map one-to-one onto the page's annotation order; combine them with GetLoadedAnnotationDict for deeper inspection
- The subtype name is the English name defined in the standard PDF specification, and is case-sensitive
- Walk the array with GetLoadedAnnotationCount as the upper bound so the indices stay in range
