Writes an FDF 1.2 stream containing the selected field and annotation collections plus optional workflow status

AInfo reports emitted field and annotation counts and whether status was present

The destination remains owned by the caller

Field export shares the file API's array serialisation, preserving multi-select values and explicit empty arrays without joining option text on line breaks

Annotation object graphs

Modern Windows builds export selected annotations through the bounded FDF object-graph codec, preserving supplied appearance resources, shared indirect objects and context-sensitive local GoTo page targets

Export uses the actual current loaded graph, including pending changes, and enforces authenticated extraction permission; the caller retains ownership of the output stream

The standard FDF Annots exclusions apply to Link, Movie, Widget, PrinterMark, Screen and TrapNet; field values and workflow status remain controlled by the existing parameters
