Usage notes
- Use this API in the Tagged PDF accessibility workflow before the affected page, resource, field, or catalogue object is finalised
- Keep object, field and resource names, and returned handles, stable whilst the document is being finalised
- Keep begin and end calls balanced, provide alternate text for non-text content, and attach MCID values to the right page content
