THotPDF.DrawRegisteredColorGlyph

Draws one colour glyph through native COLR v0, bounded COLR v1 paint graphs, restricted safe SVG vectors, CBDT/CBLC strikes, or sbix strikes, then uses the configured rasterisation event when a document requires an unsupported operation

The method returns False when the glyph has no supported colour representation or rasterisation fails
