Decompresses eligible FlateDecode streams inside a loaded PDF document

Delphi syntax:

function DecompressLoadedDocument: Integer;

Description

Decompresses streams whose sole filter is FlateDecode, in name or single-element array form

Converts object streams into standard indirect objects to support legacy PDF parsers to ensure compatibility

Processes compressed input in bounded chunks, replaces the payload safely, removes /Filter and identity /DecodeParms, and refreshes /Length

Streams with TIFF or PNG predictor parameters, multi-filter chains, unsupported filters, or corrupt Flate data are left untouched

Call SaveLoadedDocument after decompression to write the transformed object graph
