THotPDF.CompareObjectID Method
Compares the Object Number and Generation Number of two PDF objects.

IDR | Object number on the right-hand side to compare |
Return values
Returns the difference of generation numbers if object numbers are identical; otherwise returns the difference of object numbers (0 means identical, non-zero means different).
