THotPDF.CoalesceLoadedPageContentStreams Method

Decodes every compatible page content stream, inserts a safe whitespace boundary and writes one Flate-compressed replacement stream

Remarks

Multiple streams are coalesced regardless of storage overhead whilst a single stream is normalised only when it meets the requested savings threshold
