Creates an indirect structure element with an explicit PDF 2.0 namespace reference and attaches it to the requested parent

Parameters

• Role is the role name inside the selected namespace
• NamespaceURI is a non-empty namespace URI registered in the structure root
• Parent, PageIndex and MCID follow AddStructureElement semantics

Usage notes

The method requires PDF 2.0 and, under PDFUACompliance, requires PDFUAPart=2

Repeated use of the same URI reuses one namespace dictionary
