Adds CMS AuthenticatedData that authenticates the complete encrypted PDF revision

Usage notes

• The input must use supported encrypted-document key recovery
• The output is written transactionally via an incremental revision
• The MAC covers the protected document digest and full-file byte ranges
• The options overload selects SHA-2 or SHA-3 generation and can require AES-256-GCM input encryption
• The source-compatible overload uses THPDFPDFMACOptions.Compatibility
