Adds a named destination to a loaded PDF

Delphi syntax:

function AddLoadedNamedDestination( const AName: AnsiString; DestPageIndex: Integer; X, Y: Single): boolean;

Description

Adds a named destination to a loaded PDF, or replaces the destination of an existing name. AName is linked to page DestPageIndex (zero-based) at the point X, Y in PDF user space, written as [page /XYZ X Y null] so the current zoom is kept. The entry is inserted at its sorted position in the Dests name tree, trees split into /Kids nodes included. Returns False when AName is empty or DestPageIndex is out of range
