Usage notes
- Fill it with
GetLoadedXRefMergeInfo, which returns true only where at least one counter is nonzero, i.e. the load really did merge conflicting sections - The loader always walks the newest revisions first and, within a hybrid revision, applies the side xref stream ahead of the table stub; the two boolean fields confirm that both rules fired
