Export mapped annotations from the authenticated current graph as bounded UTF-8 XFDF, without adopting or changing the borrowed document

Options.CancellationToken must be nil or equal to the transaction token; effective working storage is capped at half the transaction capacity and output bytes are capped by its output limit

The result reports the exported and skipped annotation counts and decoded attachment bytes; failed export raises an exception
