Selects a horizontal watermark placement preset or coordinates supplied by the caller

Value	Purpose
`hpLeft`	Placement preset that recomputes X from the page MediaBox so the watermark lines up at the left edge
`hpCenter`	Placement preset that recomputes X from the page MediaBox so the watermark sits centred horizontally
`hpRight`	Placement preset that recomputes X from the page MediaBox so the watermark lines up at the right edge
`hpCustom`	Keeps the literal X coordinate exactly as the caller supplied it; this is the `THPDFWatermarkBase.Default` setting

Presets let a single watermark template stamp pages of differing sizes with one configuration, because X is recomputed from each page's MediaBox
Choose hpCustom (or leave THPDFWatermarkBase.Default in place) where the watermark needs exact coordinates from the caller
Horizontal and vertical placement are independent enums, so a template may pair hpCenter with any THPDFWatermarkVertPos value
