`Y`	The point's vertical coordinate

Exchanged by THPDFViewerModel.PagePointToView and ViewPointToPage, where the DPI parameter defaults to 150
Either conversion direction takes account of the page /Rotate entry and the model's current view rotation
Where they fail, the conversions leave the out point at 0,0 and hand back False
