Distinguishes the part a parsed RFC 3161 timestamp token plays for a signature

Value	Purpose
`tskNone`	No timestamp token is attached to the signature info
`tskSignature`	An RFC 3161 token carried as a signature-timestamp attribute over the top of the signature value
`tskDocument`	A document timestamp carried in a signature dictionary of its own, of the ETSI.RFC3161 kind

The kind is written into THPDFTimestampInfo.Kind when the CMS parser accepts the timestamp token
Signature timestamps hash the signature value, whilst document timestamps are primary signatures whose token is the whole CMS object
Batch validation re-uses cached verdicts for signature timestamp tokens only; document timestamps are always re-verified because their token is the primary signature
