Reports the revocation verdict reached for a certificate whilst path validation runs

Value	Purpose
`rvsNotChecked`	No revocation evaluation ran, which is both the initial state and the outcome where `THPDFRevocationMode` is `rvmNone`
`rvsGood`	The consumed OCSP response or CRL marks the certificate as not revoked at the time of evaluation
`rvsRevoked`	The consumed evidence marks the certificate as revoked; `THPDFCertificateValidationInfo.RevokedAt` carries the time of revocation
`rvsUnknown`	No usable offline evidence produced a verdict, for instance because no applicable response or CRL was supplied

The verdict is stored in THPDFCertificateValidationInfo.RevocationStatus beside RevocationSource, which names where the evidence came from
Verification reports render the values as the lower-case tokens notChecked, good, revoked and unknown
rvsUnknown fails the path only where THPDFRevocationMode is rvmRequire
