THPDFRenderFallbackPolicy Type

Selects how the page renderer responds to unsupported operators and unusable objects

Value	Meaning
`rfpIgnore`	Skip the problematic operator or object without recording a thing
`rfpReport`	Collect a fallback diagnostic for each problem, up to the configured diagnostic limit
`rfpStrict`	Raise an exception at the first fallback

Assign through the RenderFallbackPolicy property of THotPDF; rfpIgnore is the default choice
With rfpReport, diagnostics beyond the limit are discarded and counted in the dropped-diagnostics total exposed by LastRenderFallbackDroppedCount
