Names a single portfolio sort column and its direction for the collection /Sort dictionary

Field	Purpose
`Key`	Name of a portfolio schema field written as the `/S` name entry; has to pass the portfolio key validity check
`Ascending`	Sort direction written as the `/A` boolean entry; true means ascending order

Pass an array of these records to SetPortfolioSortOrder; an empty array strips the /Sort entry from the collection
With a single key the /S and /A entries are written directly; with several keys they become parallel arrays in the order in which they were supplied
An invalid key name raises EArgumentException before the collection gets modified
